This course is a continuation from the Polestar Ultimate Reformer series. With over 17 new exercises to expand your repertoire for group and private session teaching. It takes what you have learnt from the beginner and intermediate exercises for the Reformer to the advanced exercises, sequences and techniques to broaden your repertoire.
This course will allow you to advance your students and clients with more challenging variations and new exercises for core control, balance, coordination, flexibility and extremity strength. An experiential lab and lecture on Tactile and Imagery cueing will enhance your accuracy, quality of movement and teaching skills.
This course emphasises program design for all levels of fitness, from de-conditioned to athletes, desiring sports-specific training. Dynamics of group training in this unique conditioning program will also be covered.
Completion of a comprehensive Pilates teacher program from a Pilates Method Alliance approved school (such as Polestar Ultimate Reformer Series or Polestar Comprehensive Studio/Rehabilitation course)
