These foundation principles are applied consistently across all forms for freeFORM Board applications including; personal training, group fitness, studio Pilates, group Pilates, physical therapy and sports conditioning.
Topics covered in the freeFORM Foundation Workshop include; unique features, benefits and training effects of the freeFORM Board, cuing of standing and floor exercises, neuromuscular activation and freeFORM movement patterns, freeFORM exercise progression principles, exercise delivery template, freeFORM exercise library, sample programming – Circuit Board.
ABOUT THE COURSE CREATOR
Tony Susnjara is the developer of the freeFORM Board and the founder of fluidFORM Innovations. Tony is a qualified fitness and yoga instructor, remedial massage therapist, a long term martial arts practitioner and he has also practiced Pilates and studied corrective and remedial exercise principles. Tony spent 15 years developing the fluidFORM Progressive Yoga Teaching method before turning his hand to product development and instructor education. The freeFORM Board is now distributed globally and is used by commercial gyms, Pilates studio’s hospitals and physical therapists and countless professional and Olympic athletes.
Tony’s particular strength is his ability to simplify complex sets of training variables and devise practical systems that can be immediately implemented by instructors to benefit their clients. In this manner, literally years of research can be passed on a matter of hours by following clear step by step processes.
Completion of the Polestar Pilates Comprehensive Series or Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training from a Pilates Alliance of Australia approved school, or licensed medical rehabilitation professional. Fitness Professionals and Pilates Matwork teachers also welcome.
