The freeFORM Board is the least restricted and most freely moving device available in the health and fitness market. More than just about any product, the freeFORM Board requires its own systems, processes, methods, progressions and programming support.
Can I take a second to brag about how obsessed I am with the freeFORM Board? It's like a mini, portable Reformer. Like a circular skateboard that allows you to apply the principles of Pilates to multi-planar, multi-directional movements that mimic exercises you can perform on Pilates apparatus and even Gyrotonic. It's a blend of all my favourite things. No wonder I'm so obsessed!! -Katie Surridge
