The Diploma of Polestar Pilates Studio & Rehabilitation Method (10521NAT) is a progression from the Certificate IV Polestar Pilates Matwork Instruction Method (10520NAT) and is seen as entry level into the Pilates Studio Industry. The Diploma of Polestar Pilates Studio & Rehabilitation Method programs provide in-depth instruction in Pilates principles, techniques and practice, using the Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Mat and small props. The focus is on:

The Diploma of Polestar Pilates Studio & Rehabilitation Method course contains the following Units which is a combination of face-to-face and online learning.
Course Assessment Certification requirements include: attending all of the course hours, completing reading and writing assignments, as well as a specified number of observation, self-mastery, and apprentice teaching hours as noted below. Certification is granted upon successful completion of the log-book, and an 80% pass mark on the final exam. The delivery modes are made up of approximately 666 nominal hours and are broken down as follows:

Our Certificate IV in Polestar Pilates Matwork Instruction Method, and Diploma of Polestar Pilates Studio & Rehabilitation Method have received government recognition, which allows eligible students to claim Austudy.
