Kellie Miller is a former Classically trained ballet dancer who has been working in the field of Health, Fitness and Rehabilitation for over 20years. She is the Founder of Pilates at the bay and more recently Move Well With Me where she has been teaching both face to face and virtual movement classes since 2015. She loves working with individuals to help them achieve their movement goals whether it be for General Body Conditioning, Injury Prevention or Rehabilitation, and does this by uniting her Science and Dance background to create safe, fun and educational classes . She holds a degree in Health and Rehabilitation Science and is a Certified Pilates Practitioner, Gyrotonic Trainer, Barre Instructor trainer and Personal Trainer. Kellie is the Injury Prevention Coach and Pilates Instructor at the AFL Richmond Tigers and holds Principal Trainer Membership with the Pilates Alliance of Australasia (PAA) and membership with the International Association of Dance Medicine and Science (IADMS).
