Programming for pregnancy
You will gain a general overview of the changes that happen during pregnancy at each trimester. Learn how to modify typical mat and reformer exercises for your pregnant client, and what exercises she should avoid during pregnancy. This will give you the ability to change programming to suit your pregnant clients.
- 1 hour Theory
- 90 minutes programming for Matwork
- 90 minutes programming for Reformer
This course is ideal for newly qualified Mat and Reformer group class instructors who have completed the Polestar Matwork series and the Reformer series (or an equivalent education course).
PDPs: 4 PDPs (4 hours) with the PAA
