Polestar Pilates delivers teacher training and instructor courses in capital cities around Australia. Host sites are responsible for the organisation and smooth running of Polestar events, and act as a conduit for information between Polestar HQ in Sydney and our students.

Our host sites are fully equipped, state-of-the-art Pilates studios owned and managed by Pilates professionals working cohesively with Polestar Pilates Australia
