Important Questions before your Register
USI: What is it & why do I need it?
Polestar Pilates is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) with the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). Since our courses adhere to the Government regulations for Diploma qualification, all students are required to create a Unique Student Identifier (USI) with the Australian government. You will be asked to provide this when you register for our courses. It’s easy to register, get yours here.
Will my previous Pilates training be recognised?
RECOGNISED PRIOR LEARNING
Polestar Pilates Australia recognises knowledge gained from other relevant forms of study and training. If you wish to be recognised for prior learning, we will assess your knowledge in line with the course and qualification you’re applying for.
Recognition of Prior Learning is an assessment process. We assess your relevant prior learning to determine the credit outcomes towards your course units. If your application is approved, your course fees may be reduced accordingly.
Polestar Australia will only consider applications for RPL up to one month prior to your course commencement.
Can I use previous units of study towards the Polestar Pilates Diploma?
CREDIT TRANSFER
Yes you can. Credit transfer allows you to get credit towards your Polestar Course for learning outcomes you have already achieved from formal learning institution/s. To receive credit, you need to submit and demonstrate evidence of content and learning outcomes between the Unit codes. CT is only applicable to the Diploma academic units.
Cost: There are no fees for Credit Transfer. If the Academic Units you requested are approved by our Assessment Team, your course fees will be reduced accordingly.
