We are very fortunate to have Lismore-based Kimberley Garlick visit Sdyney for this powerful workshop that will bring colour and practicality to our often under-utilised Barrels and spine correctors.

WORKSHOP OVERVIEW
Kimberley will share how to bring colour and practicality to our often under-utilised Barrels and spine correctors. Discover new ways to pair up the barrel with various other pieces of equipment to create ease of movement and new challenges for your long term clients who may be looking for a little spark in their workouts.
Your mind and body will love this workshop as you add a little extra spark to your teaching in the studio. Your clients bodies will be grateful too!

Prerequisites:
Completion of a comprehensive Pilates teacher program from a Pilates Method Alliance or Pilates Alliance Australasia approved school (such as Polestar Comprehensive Studio/Rehabilitation course or full Diploma)
PDPs: 3 with PAA
