WORKSHOP OVERVIEW

Join us for a transformative workshop with Kimberley Garlick, where we dive deep into nurturing your clients’ hips and shoulders into their optimal biomechanical patterns. This workshop takes a creative approach rooted in the Contrology method, designed to enhance movement, build client confidence, and promote functional, pain-free outcomes.
In a studio-based format, this workshop incorporates the Trap Table, Reformer, Barrel, Chair, and small apparatus. Expect a blend of demonstration, movement exploration, and hands-on practice, with theory seamlessly integrated.
Elevate your teaching skills while you discover innovative ways to support your clients’ movement journeys. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn from one of the industry’s leading educators and enhance your expertise.
Part 1 – Shoulder Joint:
Kimberley’s Shoulder joint exploration workshop aims to enhance participants’ clinical skills, deepen their understanding of shoulder anatomy and function, and equip them with practical tools to better treat, and rehabilitate shoulder injuries and conditions in their practice. We will discuss the relationship from neck to pelvis and all in between through innovative pilates exercises that you will be able to utilise immediately.
