Physiotherapy Northern Beaches

Polestar Pilates offers a dedicated Rehabilitation Centre including Physiotherapy, right here on the Northern Beaches, providing injury management from diagnosis through to end stage exercises rehabilitation. We aim to provide you with excellent care to the highest professional standard.

Our Rehab Centre specialises in a unique combination of manual therapy and exercise therapies.  These can include exercises utilising the Pilates machines, resistance training, treadmill gait analysis, and movement re-education. As Polestar Pilates is also HOME to international Pilates Education system – Polestar Pilates, our rehab centre is based on the successful model from the Polestar Pilates Centre in Miami Florida.
