Cianne Van Eck Duymaer Van Twist

Cianne is a Polestar Pilates Diploma graduate, Pilates practitioner and educator, and the founder of HEILEN Clinical Pilates in Dee Why on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

Cianne began her journey with Polestar in 2020 and has since developed a deep appreciation for the Polestar approach to movement, education and whole-person care. She holds the Diploma of Polestar Pilates Comprehensive Instruction Method, with training across Matwork, Reformer and Studio, and works with clients through both private and small-group Pilates sessions.

As the owner of HEILEN Clinical Pilates, Cianne brings her extensive practical experience into her role as part of the Polestar Education team. She is passionate about helping Pilates practitioners develop not only their movement knowledge and teaching skills, but also the confidence, critical thinking and curiosity that support a long and fulfilling career in the industry.

Cianne is a member of both the Pilates Association Australia (PAA) and AusActive and is proud to be part of the Polestar community, supporting the next generation of Pilates practitioners through education and mentorship.
