Ingrid Lamb is a Senior Educator with Polestar Pilates and the owner of The Pilates Place in Melbourne. With a long-standing commitment to movement education and client care, Ingrid brings a depth of experience shaped by years in both clinical and studio-based Pilates environments.
Previously, she served as Director and Principal Teacher at BodyLogic Pilates in Melbourne, where she developed a reputation for high-quality instruction, mentorship, and professional leadership within the Pilates community.
Ingrid is known for her thoughtful, client-centred approach, combining strong technical knowledge with an ability to build genuine rapport. Her work as an educator reflects a passion for developing skilled, confident practitioners, while her clinical practice emphasises sustainable movement, rehabilitation, and long-term wellbeing.
She is currently completing the final 12 months of a postgraduate master’s degree in Osteopathy, with plans to integrate osteopathic principles into her existing work. This continued study reflects her commitment to advancing her clinical reasoning and further bridging the gap between Pilates, rehabilitation, and hands-on care.
