COURSE OVERVIEW

Sacroiliac Joint (SIJ) pain and dysfunction is one of the most common issues in the Pilates studio. Many practitioners (Physio/Chiro/Osteo/Dr) refer this group to Pilates, to increase their core or pelvic stability. We will discuss this common scenario and give you the confidence to work with these clients on a more individualised, progressive program. 

What you will learn:

Walk away with fresh insights and the confidence to work with this common yet complex scenario for some clients. The knowledge and skills to devise a more individualised, progressive and effective program. 

Prerequisites:

Completion of a comprehensive Pilates teacher program from a Pilates Method Alliance approved school (such as Polestar Ultimate Reformer Series or Polestar Comprehensive Studio/Rehabilitation course)
