What is the Spinefitter?:
SPINEFITTER by SISSEL®
The SPINEFITTER by SISSEL® was developed from the daily work in therapy practice & studio. It is versatile in individual and group training and can be used in a professional context.
Thanks to its unique shape, the SPINEFITTER supports training, improve spinal and joint mobility, relieves tension and strengthen deep muscles. The parallel spherical shapes provide mechanical stimuli to the muscles on both sides of the spine, resulting in an intensive massage. Various specially developed exercises and movement sequences can intensify and channel this perception so that “problem zones” can be addressed selectively.

SPINEFITTER by SISSEL® Certified Instructor Workshop
Catherine Giannitto is the first Australian Spinefitter Master Trainer, bringing you the full 4hour Sissel Academy workshop to Australia. This workshop includes:
- Overview of the benefits of the Spinefitter
- Demonstrate techniques for using the Spinefitter to improve joint mobility
- Outline any contraindications of usage with common pathologies
All participants will receive an authorised Certificate from SISSEL®Academy upon completion of the course.
